The product
In the BlueTex procedure a flexible tube is inserted by inversion into the pipeline to be rehabilitated by means of compressed air and cemented to the internal wall of the old pipe with a solvent-free two-component adhesive.
The field of application
The method is applicable for the rehabilitation of water pressure lines, made of steel, grey cast iron or ductile cast iron in the nominal size range from DN 100 to DN 1200. The BlueTex system complies with the regulations of the DVGW worksheet W270 as well as the "Guideline of the Federal environment office for the hygienic evaluation of organic materials in contact with drinking water" (KTW guideline).
